Should I Use Google AdWords?

Well, should I be using Google adwords? The answer of course, is it depends on what you are trying to achieve.

If you're trying to get a lot of traffic to your website very quickly, then Google adwords can be an extremely useful resource. Once you've set up your account and started it, you can then potentially start getting a massive amount of traffic to your website straight away.

So you've set up your adwords account, and you're achieving loads of impressions and clicks. You got to be happy with that right? Again, it depends how you set up your account, as to whether the impressions and clicks you are getting are truly relevant. 

Are your keywords full of broad match types? If so, you may be wasting a lot of money on gaining clicks that you don't really want. Unfortunately it's very easy for the novice to fall into this trap, as the Google default keyword is set on broad match. So unless you know what you're doing, and use modified broad match, or phrase and exact match, your adwords account could be bleeding money. Your money.
